Upon arrival at at Kushok Bakula Rinpoche (KBR) Airport to Leh 11800 ft the capital of Ladakh & transfer to hotel & full day at rest for high altitude acclimatization which is must to settle yourself to the high altitudes of Ladakh. Evening take an easy walk to market to stretch yourself. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: In Leh
After an early buffet breakfast at the hotel drive to Indus Valley & visit to Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis, Stok Monasteries which are the among the historically most important and magnificent Buddhist Monasteries in Ladakh 90 km round trip / 7-8 hrs . Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: In Leh
Morning excursion trip to Khardongla Pass 5600m/48km –supposedly the world highest motorable pass, there is no other pass to drive higher than this. Back to Hotel by noon and have lunch. Afternoon around 3:00 pm visit Shanti Stupa, a beautiful spot to enjoy the evening and take a panoramic view of Leh town, & the 16th century formidable Lehchen Palkhar or Leh Palace. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Leh - Departure
Morning after buffet breakfast at the hotel transfer to KBR airport in time to board flight for onward destination.
